Stony Point Seals are getting ready for the 16th annual Polar Plunge, a fundraising event to benefit local children with extreme medical needs.
STONY POINT – The Stony Point Seals are getting ready to plunge into the frigid Hudson River once again to raise money for local children with extreme medical needs.
Jimmy was born and raised in Garnerville, and attended St. Gregory Barbarigo, Albertus Magnus, and RCC. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, and a friend… until he was killed by a hit‐and‐run driver in Pearl River on May 31, 2009.
Let’s not forget this kind Rockland man whose killer has still not been found. Join us https://aucasinosonline.com/ as we honor Jimmy’s love of life by saving the lives of others in need through blood donation that some good may come of this awful tragedy.
The blood drive will be held in the RHO Building from 3-9 pm at Patriot Hills 5 Clubhouse Lane, Stony Point.

STONY POINT — As temperatures drop, the Stony Point Seals are getting pumped up to make another plunge into the Hudson River.
The Stony Point Seals, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, has been raising money to help local families with children who have extraordinary medical needs.
The 13th annual Polar Plunge, set for Feb. 5, at Grassy Point sea wall, will benefit 5-year-old Brandon Hernandez, who was born with a heart defect called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and has been diagnosed with Noonan syndrome.
